I would like to begin with a BIG thank you to Carol, she has the memory of an elephant (I mean that in the most positive way). I sent flowers to a friend and got the address wrong the first time and when I did it a second time, Carol gave me a gentle nudge and I got it right the second time. Then, even when I remember at the very last moment, Carol and the gang try their very best to make my gift arrive in time, just as if I remembered an age ago, and you know what....when it's late we (me) can say someone else got the dates wrong...how perfect is that?. Having been a member of EN since it's founding I have used the shopper/gift service on many occasions over the years. I find the service and quality of the highest standard which is certainly 'added-on' to the EN membership.
I have used the service often for flowers which have always been on time and of the right type and delivered in good condition. I have also used the service for children's and grown-up gifts together with the excellent Cornish Teas and hampers. So, all-in-all an excellent service giving quality products at a reasonable price and not forgetting the most helpful team that runs the service as they have all been most helpful resolving choice and any other issues. Well done EN and keep up the good work

For anyone who has not used Expat shopping, I have used this system of reaching our loved ones many times ...truely it's like having your own personal shopper...Carol with whom I have dealt with over the years bends over backwards to locate gifts that are not already catalogued..the service is first class, the calls I have received over the years from family and friends, have been full of praise over the quality of what they have received...after just organising my daughter's 21st from Australia to be held in England I would have been lost without this service...thank you Expat shopping..you have become a dear friend
