Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
Lifecycle & Transaction Administrator Acting as a key member of the HR Direct team you will be responsible for ensuring employee data is accurately maintained. You will be dealing with a high volume of work in a shared service environment. The role will cover administration activities that occur in the employee lifecycle from "hire to retire" e.g. on boarding, maternity administration, flexible working contracts, other ad-hoc contractual changes, employee personal detail updates e.g. bank accounts, address details, off boarding, etc
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Experienced HR Administrator/Generalist familiar with SAP 2)Experience of working in a Shared Service environment or similar 3)Able to demonstrate the ability to manage own workload prioritising effectively
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Operational knowledge of SAP HR, ability to operate in a fast paced environment, HR administration experience, strong ability to self-organise and manage conflicting priorities. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice or similar.
