Job Description

Overview / Responsibilties

Amec Foster Wheeler is currently looking for Learning Management Administrator to support the Academy in administering various training initiatives in Conexus.

 

  • Manage the end to end process of learning activities within Conexus, these include but are not limited to:
    • Creating and editing of Curricula
    • Creating and editing Events
    • Creating, editing, and cancelling Sessions
    • Creating and managing learning videos
    • Creating and editing of email notifications
    • Creating and managing self registration groups
    • Creating Certifications
    • Managing deeplinks for learning objects
    • Creating and managing learning materials
    • Creating and managing proxy enrolments
    • Creating and managing topics
    • Managing session rosters
    • Uploading and editing online courses
    • Producing custom reports
    • Producing attendance reports
    • Controlling governance with Talent and Learning Leadership to ensure only quality, approved content is loaded into Conexus
    • Register and manage delegate attendance
  • Assist with comms
  • Ensure appropriate branding and content within training
  • Assist with admin in onsite training situations
  • Additional experience in virtual content development and HTML would be highly desirable

Skills / Qualifications

  • Degree showing ability to think analytically, use systems, write clearly and work with project management design
  • Proven experience in an analytical-type job – that relied on working with systems, entering data and pulling out data, looking at trends, editing reports
  • Experience in proactively developing effective working relationships to gain commitment and deliver on desired/agreed outcomes with a range of business stakeholders
  • Experience working across geographical boundaries and demonstrated sensitivity to cross cultural issues
  • Skilled in the use of standard office IT packages (inc. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, accuracy is critical
  • A keen sense of urgency, with ability to maintain attention to detail under pressure
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and organisational abilities in supporting virtual team members
  • Basic experience working in either an HR or L&D function would be preferable and/or an individual wishing to progress qualifications in Learning & Development administration
  • Cultural sensitivity to successfully build relationships and work with team members, founded on trust and mutual respect

  • Ability to work in a flexible and changing environment

  • A positive, energetic attitude and strong desire to provide excellence in customer service, providing timely response to issues and questions

  • Able to work independently often in ambiguous situations where outcomes are not always defined

  • Excellent analytical insight and problem-solving skills

  • Readiness to share experience and transfer knowledge whilst tailoring and adapting to organisational wide or local business unit needs
