I am seeking a Senior Building Surveyor who is MRICS qualified to join our client in their Ashford, Kent office.

Our client is increasing their team size due to an ever increasing workload.

They are working on projects across a number of sectors including healthcare, industrial, residential, commercial, education, government, leisure and culture.

You will need to have gained broad based building surveying experience including design, advisory services and some project management.

You will lead on Building Surveying commissions.

You will mentor and develop assistants and graduates.

Duties will include establishing client briefs and appropriate fees, plus dealing with the cost control through to completion.

You will also do surveys and erport writing in particular for the delivery of technical due diligence instruction, dilapidation assessments and party wall instructions.


Our client is an international firm of property and engineering consultants.


You will be a Senior Building Surveyor with a Degree or Diploma or MSc in Building Surveying plus you will need to be MRICS qualified.

You must have experience in all core Building Surveying duties in particular advisory based roles to including Technical Due Diligence, Asset mapping, Dilapidations, Building Pathology and Party Wall instructions.

Any experience of project management useful.

You should have experience of working in a multi disciplinary team and have excellent client facing skills.

A full UK driving licence holder is preferred.

Salary around £45000 to £60000 plus pension and other benefits.
