Summary

• Responsibility: Project Manager for Telecommunication SCADA for Installation and Commissioning for Project Power Plant and reporting to Power Plant Project Manager.
• Senior Telecommunication SCADA Consultant Engineer with responsibilities for the conceptual, FEED and detailed design engineering of all telecom system, integration of the new digital system/network to the existing system
• Telecom systems: SDH system, Fiber Optical Network, CCTV system, PABX Network, Public Address/General Alarm System, Radio system, SCADA System, DCS System.AC/DC Voltage .
• Telecommunication & SCADA Expert with extensive experience in Consultancy, Planning, Design, Engineering and Project Management activities for industrial projects in Power Plant the functional areas include:

SCADA System:-

• Familiar with Siemens and ABB RTU System.
• Familiar with Siemens and ABB and Alstom SAS System.
• Development of PLC and SCADA System.
• Commissioning and Start-up for several projects using PLC and SCADA systems.
• PLC maintenance, optimize, modify of PLC software, hardware and SCADA/HMI.
• Support various protocol standards such as Modbus, IEC 60870, IEC101/104, DNP3 making it possible to interface with 3rd party software.
• Using serial ports (RS232, RS482, and RS422) or Ethernet to communicate with the central stations.
• Testing of power transformer on load tap changer.
• Review and Testing of all signals going from field to SAS system
• Testing of HVAC signal appearing in SAS system
• Carry out HMI modification on SCADA packages.
• Ethernet Network concept for Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
• Ethernet Network concept according to IEC61850, IEC62439-3
PRP. Carry out point to point test.
Carry out system tests according to approved test forms and ITPs.
• Testing of 13.8 KV switchgear (CT, VT, Vacuum circuit Breaker, isolator and earthling switch).
• Testing of 132 KV GIS system (CT, VT, GIS breaker, isolator and earthling switch).
• Scheme checking of 34.5kv switchgear including incomer feeder, outgoing feeder, capacitor bank feeder and Bus coupler.
• Testing of OC/EF relay REF 620, BCU relay REFF620, Bus bar protection Relay REB611, MultiMate’s, MCCB, MCB, Auxiliary transformers, Power Transformers, NER, RMU and Power cables.
